My Journey as a Yoga Instructor
I’m a RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, also certified in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a form of art. I see the yoga mat as a canvas where each practice is an opportunity to cultivate the art of inner peace and self-discovery. My goal is to create a safe space where students can explore and express themselves through mindful movement and breath, while nurturing strength, flexibility, balance, and creativity.
Since discovering yoga a few years ago, it has become an integral part of my life. My passions for art, dance, and movement have taught me the joy of moving the body with rhythm and flow in an artistic way. With a background in both engineering and art, I’ve developed a sharp attention to detail and a strong creative intuition. These experiences converge in my yoga teaching, where anatomy, science, and artistry come together to create a practice that is both safe and expressive.
I believe in the power of breath to connect the mind and body, and I use it as a foundation in my teaching. My classes emphasize not only fluid, rhythmic movement but also a deep mind-body-breath connection.
I am grateful for the opportunity to guide my students on their journeys. I look forward to continuing to grow as a teacher, sharing the joy of movement and the art of yoga with others. I believe in the universal principle of interconnectedness—by offering love and joy to others, we grow together, and in return, that love and joy are amplified.
My Teaching Style
My flow-based yoga class seamlessly blends elements of dance. It emphasizes rhythmic, expansive, and fluid body movements with intentional transitions. This approach deepens the mind-body connection, resulting in a graceful, blissful, and empowering practice.
Motion is emotion. When the breath moves the body, the heart moves the mind.
