Being blissful is my life's mantra. 
I’ve always been captivated by the way light dances on leaves, how colors shift with the seasons, and the subtle whispers of texture and form. As both an artist and a yogi, I don’t just observe these moments, I express the emotions they awaken in me. Whether through a brushstroke, a photograph, or a mindful movement, I strive to capture the fleeting beauty of being alive.
To me, art and yoga speak the same language: presence. In painting, it’s the flow of pigment on canvas; in yoga, it’s the breath guiding the body. Both invite me to look deeper, create with courage, and embrace impermanence.
