Being blissful is my life's mantra. 
I’ve always been captivated by the way light dances on leaves, how colors shift with the seasons, and the subtle whispers of texture and form. As both an artist and a yogi, I don’t just observe these moments—I express the emotions they awaken in me. Whether through a brushstroke, a photograph, or a mindful movement, I strive to capture the fleeting beauty of being alive.
To me, art and yoga speak the same language: presence. In painting, it’s the flow of pigment on canvas; in yoga, it’s the breath guiding the body. Both teach me to look deeper, create with courage, and embrace impermanence.
My hope is that through my artwork and yoga teaching, you’re inspired to slow down, explore, and rediscover the extraordinary in your everyday life.
Being Blissful Yoga & Art Studio is a space dedicated to holistic well-being, cultivating bliss from the inside out. Founded by Jinfeng Shi on the belief that yoga, art, and mindful living are powerful gateways to self-discovery, this studio invites you to explore the beauty of presence—through conscious movement, creative expression, and gentle self-care practices.
Our intention is to support you in making being blissful not just a moment, but a way of life. Through the practice of yoga, we aim to build physical strength, flexibility, and balance, reduce stress, and nurture the deep connection between body and mind.
