My Journey as a Yoga Instructor
Being blissful is my life's mantra.
My yoga teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a form of art. I see the yoga mat as a canvas where each practice is an opportunity to cultivate the art of inner peace and self-discovery. The moment you step on your mat, you are creating a unique expression of movement art. My goal is to create a safe space where students can explore and express themselves through mindful movement and breath, nurturing strength, flexibility, creativity, and balance.
Since discovering yoga a few years ago, it has become an integral part of my life. My passions for art, dance, and swimming have taught me the joy of moving the body with rhythm and flow in an artistic way. My background as an engineer and artist has sharpened my attention to detail and honed my creative intuition. These experiences have converged in my yoga practice and classes, where science and art come together to create a safe and expressive practice.
I believe in the power of breath to connect the mind and body, and I use it as a foundation in my teaching. My classes emphasize not only fluid, rhythmic movement but also a deep mind-body-breath connection.
I am grateful for the opportunity to guide my students on their journeys. I look forward to continuing to grow as a teacher, sharing the joy of movement and the art of yoga with others. I believe in the universal principle of interconnectedness—by offering love and joy to others, we grow together, and in return, that love and joy are amplified.
My Teaching Style
My flow-based yoga class seamlessly blends elements of dance. It emphasizes rhythmic, expansive, and fluid body movements with intentional transitions. This approach deepens the mind-body connection, resulting in a graceful, blissful, and empowering practice.
